Light Horse LLC is an AI product studio based in New York, dedicated to crafting uplifting, human-centered AI experiences. We build practical tools and creative applications that use AI responsibly.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use our Services to cause harm, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, impersonate others, reverse engineer our software, or transmit content that is abusive or illegal.
Some of our Services use artificial intelligence to generate content, suggestions, and responses. AI-generated content is provided for informational and creative purposes only — it does not constitute professional advice of any kind. You should use your own judgment when acting on any AI-generated content. We are committed to using AI responsibly and will not knowingly deploy AI designed to deceive or harm users.
Where our products involve purchases, payment details — including processor, refund policy, and subscription terms — are specific to each product and are described on the relevant product site. We use reputable third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card information.
All content, designs, code, and brand assets associated with Light Horse and its products are the property of Light Horse LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you create using our Services. By submitting content to our Services, you grant Light Horse a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
We respect your privacy and collect only what is necessary to provide our Services. We do not sell your personal data. Our full privacy approach is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our Services may integrate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Light Horse LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Light Horse LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
